The South Bruce Rep Boys went to Hanover and wow - was that a wild one.
The South Bruce boys were back in action Sunday night in Hanover after a week lay-off and they were ready to play. The action was fast and furious with goals coming quickly, staking the team to a quick 5-0 advantage.
The play was pretty much one sided all the way through the game and you could see that the kids liked the big ice in Hanover as their skating and long passes caused havoc to the Hanover defense.
Goal after goal came and then penalty after penalty with many 5 on 3's for us and a few against us too. The boys did not back down when the game started getting a little rough and made it count where it meant the most, which was on the score sheet.
The game ended 13-2 for our kids, bringing their season record to 4-0. Next game is Saturday November 2nd against the Ice Dogs of Arran-Elderslie in Tara. See you there!
