Novice LL Off To A Great Start
Our first game was against Walkerton #2 on October 27th and our young players hit the ice full of energy. South Bruce started the scoring early and despite a penalty managed five goals in the first period, two of which were short-handed goals. Tyson made a great save with 3 seconds left to end the first which kept Walkerton off the scoreboard.
Contributions from each player allowed our team to score 6 more times throughout the game and allowed only 1 goal against in the second.
GREAT EFFORT EVERYONE!
Our next game is Saturday November 1 in Hanover.
