Season Update

Further to the website article dated 30Oct2020, SBMHA Executive has been exploring what to do as the season progresses. The league allows Associations to create player bubbles (50 players max) with other neighbouring centres to allow for some limited game play. SBMHA spoke with all neighbouring centres in an attempt to determine what was available. Two options were available, to join the invitation from Walkerton, Huron Bruce, and Kincardine to create player bubbles for each age group or remain completely in house for the duration of the season. The Executive elected to accept an invitation from the 3 mentioned Associations. This will require that age groups divide into teams.

The details of which Association will be in which bubble for each age group is being finalized and will be communicated in near future. The website will be used to communicate teams and revised ice times. This is all dependent on continued guidance from public health through the league and is subject to change as the COVID situation develops.

Thanks for continued support.
