W.O.A.A. - Rep. Scheduling Meetings (2019-2020)
The 2019-2020 Rep. Scheduling Meeting will take place on Sunday, September 29, 2019 at the W.O.A.A. Office, 49 Alfred Street West, Wingham.

* Novice Team Representatives should have minimum six (6) game times available for Half-Ice (nothing before October 15th) AND a minimum of four (4) game times available for the Transition season (full ice; commencing January 15, 2020) when attending scheduling meetings.

Atom, PeeWee, Bantam, Midget and Juvenile Team Representatives should have at least nine (9) game times available when attending scheduling meetings.
  
NOTE: Due to space restrictions in the new W.O.A.A. Office Meeting Room, each team is asked to have only one Representative present with ice times for scheduling purposes.
Additional parking is available at the Libro Credit Union - please do not block the drive-through ATM.
