Volunteers needed for Mildmay Food Booth
Submitted By WebAdmin on Sunday, September 30, 2018
Volunteers needed to fill two vacant positions in the Mildmay booth this season.  If you haven’t signed up for a volunteer position or have signed up but would consider changing your choice it would be greatly appreciated.
The two positions that remain are as follows:

INVENTORY TRACKER: Check Mildmay booth supplies and food weekly before Tuesday night each week and email the people responsible for ordering.
LOAD RECEIVER: Simply meet the Sysco truck every two weeks or so ( usually in the AM) and check off the load and ensure all frozen food is put away with truck driver assistance. We hope that someone will come forward to fill these positions to make sure that the current Mildmay booth volunteers don’t end up overloaded and can enjoy the hockey season as well.
