Pre-Season Hockey School: Aaron Armstrong AHS is excited to announce its upcoming pre-season hockey school for all players aged 13-18 at the Listowel Memorial Arena. The school will run from August 14 –August 17 and is available for all players regardless of skill level or experience.
I would like to thank Deans Valu-Mart, Foxton Fuels, Mcdonagh Insurance, and Teeswater Concrete for their support.
Each of these local businesses has generously donated one evening of ice to help make the hockey school happen.
The focus of the school is to improve skills and teach proper techniques in the areas
of skating, edge work, passing, shooting, stick handling and puck protection.
Each ice session will cost $20. All proceeds from the hockey school will be donated to
an education fund that will provide orphans from Cambodia the opportunity to go
to school.
The dates of the hockey school are:
Monday Aug.14 8:30pm - 10:00
Tuesday Aug.15 8:00pm - 9:30
Wednesday Aug.16 8:30pm - 10:00
Thursday Aug.17 8:00pm - 9:30
It is not mandatory to attend
all 4 skates. Feel free to
attend whichever skates fit
your schedule.
