Team Training Program
Studio 410's Team Training Program (TTP) is designed to enhance athletic development of minor sports teams. The program teaches proper training techniques, emphasizes functional movement, works to eliminate weakness and asymmetries throughout the body, and exposes the athletes to challenging and complex movements.
