Now that all the teams have been chosen and coaching staff assigned I would like to add a few reminders to all hockey families (including players, parents, grandparents, caregivers, aunts, uncles, etc.) or anyone involved with SBMHA.
To subscribe to updates to schedules for specific teams click here for

"text messages" or in the box titled "Manage Subscriptions" in the lower left corner on the homepage of SBMHA website. From there you can select which team you would like to receive updates on as well as what type of updates to receive (schedule changes, game results, news articles and/or events). Any schedule changes will only come to you if the changes occur within the 2 weeks.
For those wishing to add the calendar to your computer or Smartphone (Apple, Android and Blackberry BB10 or newer -- Sorry older version Blackberry users) click
"subscribe to multiple calendars at once" below the calendar for directions on how to add the calendar to your smartphone or personal computer. (If you have an old Blackberry like I do, I just go to the calendar and save it as a shortcut to my favourites which gives me a 3 day glance at the calendar)
Alternatively you can also customize the version of the calendar which you see on the SBMHA website too and you can just show the teams you want to see to by clicking the "My Calendar" above the "Organization Record".
Each team has their own website in which articles are posted as well so, take the time to check all the teams for the articles submitted too. Some "reporters" can give quite good articles that could put TSN to shame if they were reported live.
