Hockey Registration 2014 - 2015
Registration for hockey is fast approaching for the 2014 - 2015 season
Please make sure to bring your completed registration form. This form is available under the registration tab on this site. The registration form can be completed electronically and then printed.
Please bring with you:
1. Three cheques as shown on the registration form
2. Respect in sports certificate
3. New registrants a copy of your child's birth certificate is required.
If you have not completed the respect in sports program please see the instructions located under the registration tab.
Registration Dates:
May 10th from 9 am to 2 pm at the Walkerton Golf Course, this is also the date of the golf fundraiser
May 14th from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Teeswater Arena
May 15th from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Mildmay Arena
