Feedback needed on coaches.
As the 2019-2020 season draws to an end, it's time for the behind the scenes team to start working on next season. The coaches committee is looking for feedback on the current coaches in an effort to provide a quality program.  It is very important the executive receives feedback from the players and parents on the quality of coaching they have experienced. Completing this online form will assist us in coach selection and will give us a good indication as the strength and weaknesses within our coaching ranks.

*** Please remember to include your name to validate forms - Parents are encouraged to include both positive and negative feedback. Forms must include name (anonymous forms cannot be reviewed).

Information is kept confidential and coaches do not see or have access to the forms which have been submitted. Coaches will get generalized information from the feedback.

Greg Dietz Memorial
In memory of Greg Dietz (1974-1995) for his outstanding contribution to Minor Hockey in Mildmay and surrounding communities as a player, coach and referee. Greg’s sense of humour and optimistic outlook on life has touched us all, as a partner, son, brother and dear friend. May he be an inspiration to us all. 2019 will mark the 25th Annual Greg Dietz Memorial Juvenile Hockey Tournament. Greg Dietz passed away as the result of a tragic car accident in July 1995. He was a young man with two great passions: the love of hockey and the love of children. His outstanding contributions to Minor Hockey as a player, coach and referee were unparalleled. This tournament is a thoughtful continuation of caring for youth in our community.
