Valentine Fundraiser well attended
This past Saturday night the Valentine's dinner, dance and silent auction at the Teeswater Community Centre was well attended. The meal catered by Nikki from Harley's Pub and Perk was delicious.  The live band "Weekend Never Ends" was awesome.  The items that were donated for the silent auctions had great responses and lots of money was raised. The drinks went down well for those that enjoyed them. All in all, a successful, fun night and if you missed it, make sure to keep the same time frame open for next year.

huge THANK YOU to all who donated items to the Valentines Silent Auction and for those that bid them up.
A huge THANK YOU to the dance committee, and all the volunteers who helped make it such a success.
A huge THANK YOU to the Teeswater Kinsmen.
And lastly, A BIG HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL who were able to attend and enjoy the evening.

Greg Dietz Memorial
In memory of Greg Dietz (1974-1995) for his outstanding contribution to Minor Hockey in Mildmay and surrounding communities as a player, coach and referee. Greg’s sense of humour and optimistic outlook on life has touched us all, as a partner, son, brother and dear friend. May he be an inspiration to us all. 2019 will mark the 25th Annual Greg Dietz Memorial Juvenile Hockey Tournament. Greg Dietz passed away as the result of a tragic car accident in July 1995. He was a young man with two great passions: the love of hockey and the love of children. His outstanding contributions to Minor Hockey as a player, coach and referee were unparalleled. This tournament is a thoughtful continuation of caring for youth in our community.
