The boys traveled to Wiarton on January 3rd, thank goodness the roads were good. They started really strong in the first period with 5 goals. Hunter Dietz scored the first, assisted by Reece Martin, second by Zach Hawkins assisted by Reece Martin and Nigel Kreager. Nigel scored the next goal, assisted by Zach Hawkins and Mike Fischer, Noah Wettlaufer scored the fourth goal assisted by Ethan Dietz. The final goal in the first was scored by Mike Fischer assisted by Tommy Christie and Hunter Dietz. The only other goal in the game was scored in the second by Mike Fischer assisted by Reece Martin, for a final 6-0 score.
