Defense!!
The Defense was rock solid in a big win over Arran-Elderslie!
The South Bruce Rep boys had their hands full with a very energetic Arran-Elderslie squad.
The boys found themselves in a very unfamiliar position as they were down 1-0 in the first and it looked like the Ice Dogs may get the better of our boys. With a pretty sloppy first over, the boys started to find their game and tied it on a nifty play and a tip. The teams did swap chances back and forth and then the Rep boys decided to take over this game with 3 straight goals all coming from our defense corp.
Arran-Elderslie tried to tie it up and did get a goal to make it close, but time ran out and our boys hung on to win their 3rd straight game.
Good work and our next game is October 27th against the Hanover Falcons at the P&H Centre in Hanover at 6:00 PM.
