Picture day is approaching, and there are a few housekeeping topics to cover to ensure a speedy and complex free evening.
1) Pictures will be taken in the upstairs lobby of the Mildmay arena. Your child does not need their skates or helmet for their photos.
2) There is a pretty tight schedule for photos. For the younger groups, bringing your child partially or fully dressed for photos is encouraged. Your coaches should have team jerseys for you. You are also free to throw gear on over clothing in the lobby, hallways, or other available space.
3) If you have children in multiple time slots, you can attend at whatever time best suits you. Make sure you identify that to the staff working that day and have your jersey.
4) For older athletes, dressing rooms will be available for you to get changed.
5) Photo packages can be purchased at the arena or online.

ORDER ON PHOTO DAY
- Print out the order form and fill out player info
- Select your desired packages and write down the codes
- We will have samples on display to help you decide on your package selection
WHAT TO WEAR?
- All equipment EXCEPT: NO helmets, NO mouthguards, NO neckguards, NO skates
- Please wear your hockey pants & bring your stick and gloves
WHO NEEDS THEIR PICTURE TAKEN?
- ALL members of the coaching staff
- ALL players (even if they are NOT ordering any packages)
TEAM WORKFLOW
- Players AND coaches are to be dressed and lined up at the designated time
- We will take ONE POSE of each coaching staff member
- We will take ONE POSE of each player
WHAT ABOUT THE TEAM PICTURE?
- We do not take a traditional posed team picture
- Team picture will be created from the individual portraits
