The Ontario Minor Hockey Association is highlighting and celebrating the critical and often overlooked role of hockey volunteers, bringing awareness during the annual Thank a Volunteer Week from February 26-March 3, 2024.
We recognize the impact that volunteers have in delivering minor hockey across the province, from Association administration to managing a team. From working with municipalities to schedule or ice or ensuring players are registered for the season, to organizing community Hockey Gives Back events to creating a carpool schedule, these things all add up in the big picture. Associations rely on a few to do the work of many.
South Bruce Minor Hockey Association would like to thank all volunteers who have helped make our 2023-2024 season a success! We wouldn't be where we are today without all of our volunteers putting in countless hours for our kids to enjoy the sport we all love!
