Officials Recertification Information
Thank you for becoming an Official in the Ontario Minor Hockey Association. We know that this year is not over yet. However, we want to give you a timeline of what Recertification with the OMHA will look like for the 2024-2025 season.

Late June/Early July

You should receive an email from the OMHA with information on the Recertification process for the 2024-2025 season. The requirements for completing Recertification are:

  • OHF - Online Modules/Exam
  • OMHA In-Person Recertification clinic

Note: Recertification is an annual requirement for all officials. In order to officiate for the 2024-2025 season you will need to complete the Recertification process

August

In August the OHF - Online Modules/Exam open for Officials to complete. You must complete the OHF - Modules/Exam in order to go to the In-Person clinic.

September/October

The OMHA in person clinics occur throughout the OMHA. You must complete an In-Person clinic if you are recertifying through the OMHA.

Please continue to monitor your emails over the next several months so you do not miss out on the recertification process for the upcoming hockey season.
